Since it's a new year, I thought I'd do a video talking to you guys about how to get in shape from scratch because I know a lot of you guys want to finally build a good physique, get in shape, lose fat, and build a more masculine frame.

You don't have to have my body type. But the point is that you must be doing something physical while also being proud of who you are as a man. Having the strength that makes you feel dominant makes you feel masculine because it influences how you act and how other people perceive you.
