Kills (678/567), items (10/11), and secrets (100%). Record for low health = 5. This level, designed by Benjogami, is "Abyssal Artifact". I know I didn't get the armor bonus at the end but that was because I didn't want to risk falling into the slime and dying due to that wall pushing me away from the skinny ledge. There are no teleporters to get yourself back on the ground so I didn't want to take the risk.
