In this video, we look at knife defense from a different perspective.
When an individual comes at you with a knife, it’s not like in the movies. You’re experiencing a life-threatening situation right in front of you. You can see the knife wielding attacker coming right at you.
That’s when you know, you need to act fast and start reversing the predator/prey mentality. That’s when you need to go full on “attack mode” to protect yourself from being stabbed and slashed.
