Todd McFarlane is going to be releasing some action figures in his 7" Page Punchers line based on The Flash, The Atom, Captain Cold and Heatwave and inside the packaging will be comics supposedly produced by McFarlane Productions. This would mean that McFarlane licensed these characters to produce comic book for his toy line.

Is this the first shot across the bow to establish himself as a future publisher of all DC Comics? Let's talk about it!
