Doom 2 Abandon [Beta 1] Level 14 UV with 99% in 30:45

Kills (1,610/1,652), and 100% on items and secrets. Record for low health = 9. This level, designed by Bemused, is "Descent to Madness". I didn't have enough ammo to kill the rest of the 9/11'ers on the map (some could argue that I could berkserk punch them but the problem was that I was low on health and there wasn't enough health sources left to make it through the fight so I just exited the map. Most of the enemies left over were the lost souls. There were a couple of pain elementals and a couple of revenants which I would not be able to reach because they were on the top floor).
