Origins of the "The Galactic Federation"

The mainstream media right now in December 2020 has been telling their readers around the world that a recent government insider was part of a real space based alien-directed government known as "The Galactic Federation".

This information was spread knowingly by the mainstream media and allowed on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Google as REAL INFORMATION. These companies constantly harass individuals, even banning them from their platforms, for spreading supposed "misinformation". The mainstream media claims to be arbiters of truth and against "misinformation".

The mainstream media provided no source evidence, no physical evidence, no alien, no alien evidence, no coordinates to the location of the alien government, nor did they even research past mentions or the origins of "The Galactic Federation."

Did this 2020 supposed new alien government "whistleblower" invent "The Galactic Federation" in the 2000's?

Is this "alien-government whistleblower" promoted by the mainstream media the first person to mention "The Galactic Federation"?

Has anyone, ever, in the past, mentioned "The Galactic Federation".

If anyone, especially Hollywood, ever did mention a" Galactic Federation" in the past that would seriously injure the argument that this is breaking news or even an original claim. If a UFO-related individual mentioned a "Galactic Federation" in the past that would destroy any argument that the claim was original and in fact could be considered plagiarism.
