Kiev's last card in Kharkiv: 9,000 Ukrainians counterattack - Russians "pulverize" Ukrainian forces

Kharkiv is living through the worst hours since the start of the war in Ukraine as the Ukrainian Army gathered a lot of firepower in order to carry out a counter-attack.
The Russians are shelling Ukrainian positions the length and breadth of Kharkiv in an attempt to prevent a counterattack.

At least 5 Regular BTG Battalions with up to 600 soldiers each have already been assembled. These BTG Tactical Battalions include military personnel from four formations:

The 4th operational brigade of the NSU (4-Bron, military unit 3018),
the 93rd separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (93-OMbr, military unit A1302),
the 10th Separate Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (10-OGSHbr, military unit A4267)
and the 92nd Mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (92-OMbr, military unit A0501).
This grouping is reinforced by artillery forces: Polish AHS Krab self-propelled guns, American M109s, as well as NLAW ATGMs.
The armored force consists of several dozen Soviet T-72AV tanks, Polish T-72M1 tanks and modified Polish PT-91 Twardy

In addition, Ukrainian forces are reinforced by Territorial Defense forces and mobilized citizens.
According to information, the Ukrainians are forming an additional 10 Tactical BTG Battalions of extremely dubious combat capability.
The total number of Ukrainian forces will be up to 9,000 troops, which is comparable to the forces Kyiv has thrown into the offensive in southern Ukraine.
Much of these forces were trained in Britain.

The aviation of the Russian Aerospace Forces, missile forces and artillery inflicted significant losses on the units and reserves of the Ukrainian troops.

In the north-western suburbs of Saltovka, soldiers of the 14th brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have come under heavy fire while clashes with members of the Kraken nationalist formation take place.

During the day, four command posts were hit, including the 14th mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kutuzovka district of the Kharkiv region, the command and observation post of the battalion of the 93rd mechanized brigade in the Dmitrovka district of the Kharkiv region, as well as 59 units artillery, manpower and military equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in 144 areas in Donbass.
