ASK THE DOC -- Myeloma and dialysis after COVID

Patient had Myeloma and is in remission with Velcade shots. Patient had COVID and was on dialysis. Now that dialysis has ended the oncologist has started the patient on the Lance Armstrong shots and not restarting Velcade. Why not? And is this safe?
