I'm an entrepreneur, and this movie scene improved my sales skills.

You see, one of the biggest mistakes that salespeople make is that they try to convince their customers why they need to buy instead. A better tactic, similar to this movie, is to ask them questions instead of telling people what to do.

The key is to ask people what specific problems they have before you can offer them a solution. And if you want to learn how to ask better questions, I highly recommend reading this book. It's called Never Split The Difference by Chris Voss.
