Sometimes character singers can be some of the toughest vocalists to cover.

I remember when I sang Bryan Adams Summer of '69. It wasn't just about hitting the notes. It was about the intensity, passion and signature sound he has vocally that is unparalleled and extremely difficult to match.

When you combine that with a song from a movie soundtrack, that bar and challenge seems to be raised even higher.

Few soundtrack songs have the staying power of songs like (Everything I
Do) I Do It For You (Robin Hood).

When Kayla and I looked at the list of soundtrack songs by Bryan we went... whoa!

(Everything I Do) I Do It For You (Robin Hood), Have You Ever Really Loved A Woman? (Dom Juan Marco), All For Love (The Three Musketeers), I Finally Found Someone (The Mirror Has Two Faces), Here I Am (Spirit: Stallion Of The Cimarron), I’m Not The Man You Think I Am (Color Me Kubrick), It Ain’t Over Yet (Racing Stripes), Way-Oh (Jock Of The Bushveld), and many more he wrote for other artists.

Not to mention his album smashes such as Heaven, Somebody, Run to You, Summer of '69, It's Only Love, Can't Stop This Thing We Started, Please Forgive Me, Into The Fire, Heat of the Night, The Only Thing That Looks Good On Me Is You, When You're Gone, Straight From The Heart, There Will Never Be Another Tonight, Victim Of Love, Let's Make a Night to Remember, Hearts on Fire, you realize you are in the presence of some kind of musical royalty.

Kayla and I dared take on (Everything I Do) I Do It For You.

While we have no delusion that we will ever match up to a guy that has sold more than 100 million records worldwide, making him one of the best-selling music artists of all time, we did want to pay tribute to him in our small kind of way and share it with all of you.

We sincerely hope you enjoy our rendition. :-)
