Ketchup from fresh tomatoes

It is easy to make homemade ketchup from fresh tomatoes. They taste 100 times better than store bought!

Tomatoes - 6lbs
1 Tea spoon salt
1 Table spoon vinegar
1 1/2 cups brown sugar

Spice pack:
4 Cinnamon sticks
5 Fresh bay leaves (ok to use dry)
15 cloves
1/2 tea spoon celery seeds
3 dry hot pepper
Pack in cheese cloth and tie.
