Meditation, in addition to being a valid tool for adults, proves to be an effective method of awareness and relaxation for our children. By helping and guiding them to shift their attention from the outside to the inside, children naturally become aware of their body and their inner world.

Our children's days are increasingly hectic, full of many commitments and many stimuli. During the day they move so much energy that they often arrive in the evening over-excited and many demonstrate difficulty in relaxing and falling asleep gently: this is the reason for this meditation for children.
