At Least 30 Dead in Kentucky Flooding, Gov. Beshear Says

Record flooding in Kentucky has killed at least 30 people and the death toll is expected to grow, Gov. Beshear says. Hundreds are still missing and search and rescue efforts were complicated Monday by damaged infrastructure.
