Intense heat and fire grips California

An intense, persistent, and punishing heat wave is causing multiple challenges for California this week. Authorities say the state's power grid is threatened and millions of residents are asked to cut back on their electricity for days. All this as a wildfire is still burning out of control along Interstate 5 in the Los Angeles area.
