Erika Whittome - Taking on Sport NZ & Tennis NZ

Erika Whittome is taking Sport NZ & Tennis NZ to court over their despicable c*vid rulings over the summer months. She is looking for some accountability from the decision makers for being treated like a "leper" and being told she was not allowed to use the toilets at the Taupo Tennis Club.
Apart from not being able to access toilet facilities, Erika was gaslit when she searched for accountability on how had actually implemented this discrimination policy. Erika is self-funding this court case, and has done all the legal groundwork herself, with some pro-bono help from lawyers along the way, including Section 83's Liz Lambert.
