A new UN report finds China may have committed "crimes against humanity" in Xinjiang against the Chinese ethnic minority Uyghurs. The report came after reports 4 years ago of credible accusations that Uyghurs and other Muslim minority populations in Xinjiang were being held in political reeducation detention camps. Chinese officials blasted the report, stating that the report was "a farce planned by the United States and other Western countries."
