French citizen jailed for a month, not provided interpreter after refusing to get off plane at CVG Airport

A French citizen was jailed in Boone County for nearly a month after she refused to deboard a plane at CVG Airport. Officers charged Camara with trespassing, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Camara told police she spoke French, but understood English. The I-team's investigation found she seemed confused at times and didn't appear to understand everything police ,corrections officers and a judge said to her -- she was never offered a translator.
