Smokey Mountain Approach | Full RNAV to Minimums at Tahoe

My daughter Katey and I head to South Lake Tahoe to pick up a cardiac patient for treatment in Phoenix. Due to fires that are covering most of the western US, we are in full IMC right down to minimums and surrounded by mountains.
