Yin yoga is a slow, introspective style of yoga where we hold each pose for at least 3 minutes. Yin yoga is usually practiced at the end of the day as a way to wind down and relax, but it can also be a great way to prepare your body and mind for the day ahead! This is my morning yin yoga routine... try it for yourself!
