175 Kgs x 6 Deadlift. Tired, ugly, off- day.

Felt really tired, and my body just couldn't get with it, today. Warm ups felt fine, but once I got to my working weight, everything felt like it was moving slower than usual, and my cues and leg drive just felt weak and off, and like my back was doing most of the work. I still managed to hit the same amount of reps as I did with this weight previously, but it was ugly, hahaha. Hopefully I can shake this off in time for my 5/3/1+ set, next week.
