13
There’s a new security feature at a Northeast Portland hotel.
“Robby” the robot is 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighs 350 pounds and can travel three to five mph. He also self-charges.
He patrols at the Aloft Hotel at Cascade Station.
General Manager Mike Daley says they got him because they were having a lot of issues with vandalism from homeless encampments in the area.
