Throughout the month of September I will be performing Squat, Bench, and Deadlifts daily utilizing the 3x3 rep scheme. Each set will increase by 5# and each day the starting weights will increase by 5#. Let's get to work!
Today's 3x3 Workout Routine:
Barbell Deadlift
Set 1 : 135x5
Set 2 : 225x5
Set 3 : 315x5
Set 4 : 365x3
Set 5 : 370x3
Set 6 : 375x3
Barbell Squat
Set 1 : 135x5
Set 2 : 225x5
Set 3 : 315x3
Set 4 : 320x3
Set 5 : 325x3
Barbell Bench Press
Set 1 : 135x5
Set 2 : 205x5
Set 3 : 225x3
Set 4 : 230x3
Set 5 : 235x3
Pull-Up
Set 1 : 10 Rep
Set 2 : 10 Rep
Set 3 : 10 Rep
