The pacing is quite good in The Maw. Though the game isn't particularly long, the levels each have a unique layout and new powers are consistently introduced to keep the gameplay fresh.

There isn't a high level of difficulty here and, aside from occasionally being forced to pause and think about what to do next, there weren't any moments where I wasn't moving forward and having fun. If you're looking for a challenge, The Maw isn't for you.
