5TH DAY OF 30 DAYS PUSH UP CHALLENGE

5TH day downgrade again. 3x30 1 equals 3 so that means 90 push ups

I am doing variables until I find out the best formula.

Actually I hated push ups.

It was challenging to make 100 but with simple distribution I made them.

My mission is to share the message for improvement with you guys.
I am here to make a community of people that want to succeed.
And as we know we have to give a shoulder to each other when we need it.
