IAEA chief calls for end to fighting near Ukraine nuclear plant

International Atomic Energy Agency chief Rafael Grossi called for an end to military action near the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, as Ukraine and Russia traded blame over a renewed shelling of the complex.
