DAY 4TH OF 30 DAYS PUSHUP CHALLENGE

4TH day we have improvement 2x70 1 equals 2 so that means 140 push ups.

I am doing variables until I find out the best formula.

Actually I hated push ups.

It was challenging to make 100 but with simple distribution I made them.

My mission is to share the message for improvement with you guys.
I am here to make a community of people that want to succeed.
And as we know we have to give a shoulder to each other when we need it.
