Listen To Your Own Advice.

A lot of the times we already know what we need to do in order to solve a problem we have in our lives.

We consume content and knowledge all the time sometimes without even realizing.

You’re actually doing it right now.

That also means we sometimes acquire solutions to problems we don’t even have.

Further…

Because of that we often know exactly how to solve a problem that occurs in our life.

You already know most steps you need to take in order to have a great body.

You already know most steps you need to take in order to grow a following online.

You already know most steps you need to take to meet the love of your life or to start dating.

And if we don’t know, a lot of the times the knowledge is easily accessible.

We can read books, take courses, join coaching programs, watch videos, listen to podcasts and find a solution.

Yet, when we learn those things and we know exactly what to do, we don’t listen to our own advice.

That could be caused by millions of reasons.

It could be that you don’t trust yourself.

It could be low self-esteem.

It could be that you’re always looking for solutions outside.

But the biggest reason is…

Distraction.

Every time we have a problem, we try to distract ourselves from it.

And guess what…

The distraction could also be looking for more solutions even though we know what to do.

Why?

Because we’re solving our own problem.

Which means, there’s way more involved than a problem and a solution to it.

There’s emotions.

There’s overthinking.

There’s clouded judgement.

If a friend, a family member, acquaintance or a client came to us with the exact same problem…

We’ll look at it objectively, without all of the things listed above, and we’ll probably give them great advice.

There lies your solution.

Pretend it’s not your problem.

Write down the problem on a piece of paper.

Leave it for a day and come back to it.

Imagine someone sent you a letter asking you for advice.

Turn the paper around and write down the solution you would give them.

Now…

Implement.
