Bank of America announces zero down payment for Black and Hispanic first-time homebuyers only

This reminds of when real estate crisis happened in 2008. This is predatory lending move.My only question for bank of america why didn't you offer this program earlier this year ? will we have to bail you out again ? I believe this is pr move. They are banking on not getting alot of applications.
