How to make a carbonara? What is the right way to make a plate of Spaghetti Alla Carbonara??

If you don't know, I was a chef for 22 years, basically, since I was 14 years old, and that's when I started cooking school.

Well, today., with the help of Lucas and Dany from Casal na Gringa I had the honour and pleasure to cook (and eat with them, the wonderful Italian famous dish called the Carbonare.

There are many different tales about who, how and why this carbonara has been made but, I don't have very precise information about it, so I can only say that it is very very tasty.

As I mentioned above, I had the gift to meet Dani and Lucas from @Casal na Gringa , (I actually work with Lucas at Pasadena Foodland), and together we have decided to cook the carbonara for them.

Their channel is very helpful, especially directed to that Portuguese and Brazilian audience who want to embrace a new chapter of their life, maybe grabbing the suitcase, a pair of a flip-flop, a surfboard and come down under.
