GOP Sen. Chuck Grassley and Sen. Ron Johnson are demanding the Justice Department provides answers about how the FBI reportedly urged social media companies to suppress the Hunter Biden laptop story, which possibly interfered with the 2020 election results.

"The FBI’s consistent efforts to falsely paint information relating to Biden family misconduct as Russian disinformation continues to draw serious concerns," the senators wrote in a letter Monday to Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray.
