Todd S. Callender is an American attorney and executive with over 20 years of experience in the disability, health and life insurance sectors. He specialises in the international convergence of biomedical, morbidity and mortality risks within a global legal framework. ​

Callender earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rollins College in 1992 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver in 1995. He was admitted to the Colorado Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado that same year. ​

He is the founder of Callender & Associates, LLC, based in Golden, Colorado, where his practice areas include international taxation, finance and securities law. Additionally, he is affiliated with Disabled Rights Advocates, focusing on legal issues related to health and disability insurance. ​

Notably, Callender has been involved in litigation challenging COVID-19 vaccine mandates, particularly concerning U.S. military personnel. He serves as lead plaintiff’s counsel in the federal case Robert v. Austin (21 CV 02228) in the Colorado Federal District Court. ​
