Flag of Communist China Flies on Boston City Hall Plaza with Elected Officials On Hand

The Chinese Progressive Association of Boston celebrates the communist revolution of China with city and state officials participating. This event took place in the fall of 2019. The city has ended its flag raising program due to Shurtleff v Boston.
