Did you know Cyberpunk 2077 has a SECRET ending? Follow along with our how to guide where we walk you through how to unlock and play the secret ending for yourself!

We saw many threads online, even from reputable companies like IGN who dish out disinformation, You DO NOT have to have your relationship with Johnny at 70% to unlock the secret ending!!! It all depends on the mission Chippin In. Follow our instructions and you can play it too!

On the rooftop between Misty's Erotica and Vik's Clinic, the player, V, has an opportunity to choose their final plan together with Johnny. Traditionally there are 3 endings (Rouge's Path, Hanako's Path, and Panam's)

In Act 3, you're going to have to complete the mission "Chippin In" On the end of the mission you will have a one on one chat with Johnny. Follow our prompts! and you too will unlock the secret ending.

Johnny's plan will start the mission (Don't Fear) the Reaper. Typically the player has a companion to help them, but in this route you are by yourself, and enemies are at MAX difficulty. We attempted this with our level 33 character and were demolished XD we recommend leveling up and stocking up on supplies. Mid 40s to 50 (max level) is what is recommended

When you are on the rooftop, we suggest you save before sitting with misty. After sitting down you will get the chance to call a romance relationship on the roof, this next line from Johnny is where you have to wait 5 real minutes for the secret ending dialogue and mission to appear! You won't have to press any buttons, Johnny will interrupt the normal endings

This unlocks the path to the secret finale "(Don't Fear) the Reaper" and the secret epilogue "Path of Glory"

After Johnny's plan "(Don't Fear) the Reaper the game can split into two epilogues to choose from: New Dawn Fades, and the secret epilogue Path of Glory (choose this one!)
