We Did It! Finishing Up the Every Bit Counts Challenge With Pasta Sauce

It is the last day in the Every Bit Counts Challenge and today we are water bath canning delicious spaghetti sauce. This is delicious recipe is a fantastic way to stock your pantry and use up all those tomatoes. We are so incredibly thankful to @Three Rivers Homestead for putting on this challenge, we have accomplished so much this month because of it!

Recipe:
-25 lbs tomatoes
-4 green peppers
-4 onions
-12 ounces tomato paste
-1/4 cup oil
-2/3 cup sugar
-1/4 cup salt
-8 cloves garlic
-2 teaspoons oregano
-2 teaspoons parsley
-2 teaspoons basil
-2 teaspoons red pepper
-2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
-2 bay leaves
-lemon juice for each jar
