Are you about to make yet another new years resolution, as you see out the old year, along with its broken promises and failed, good intentions?

Wake up and smell the coffee!!

Do you really want to lose weight? Then do something about it, NOW!
Clear the cupboards of all the things that you know are bad for you, NOW!
Dont eat them! If you think waste is bad, box them up and give them to charity.
