Squats have got to be my favorite exercise and gives the best results for booty and thighs
And the burn is excruciating! Haha
I use the mirror to measure my depth and each day I squat I challenge myself to go deeper.
But always keeping in mind proper form.
Knees in line with toes and push thru the heels. Sit back as though sitting back on a low stool and give a good squeeze at the top. Keep chest lifted.
