Description of the "Panther" workout:
Panthers is a 45-minute resistance session carefully designed to burn fat and build quality, lean muscle. It achieves this by combining overload techniques and functional movements to the same minor and major muscle groups. key premise being overload. We built this workout for one reason - to build lean muscle mass.
