Calif. Bill SB300 fails, the bill would've let violent criminals out of jail

California's SB300 did not have enough votes to pass. One America's Stella Escobedo spoke to Lauren Pettigrew, who's brother was murdered. Pettigrew has been fighting hard to keep the bill from passing.
