I had my first ever live gig with a local band the night before I was originally scheduled to do this session. So I drummed for about 4-5 hours, had a bunch of drinks, and did not get to bed until way later than usual, hahaha. So needless to say, I was feeling pretty out of whack, and decided to postpone the session. I still felt a little out of it, but good enought to train. I was originally going to go for 67.5 Kgs, but since I was feeling weaker, I decided to go for 65 Kgs instead, which I think was a wise decision. I think my form was not quite as tight as usual, but I'll chock that up to the adrenaline, hahaha. I think I could have done one more rep for an absolute grinder, but I wanted to save a bit of energy for tomorrow.
