Crawl into a pipe and out of nowhere a rat emerges and very dominantly attacks Blake's finger, as it can't be driven away, so just stab it to death. Enter the enemy room, approach this enemy from behind and finish him off with a knife, immediately pick up his gun and kill the rest of the people in the room, pick another gun that is handy and leave the room.
