Hog Hunting on a Cattle Ranch with Air Force Texans

Our long-awaited Florida Hot Hunt finally arrived near the town of Sebring, on a cattle ranch. Our guide’s name was Richard, but we later learned that his nickname for the past 50 years has been “Raw Hide”. Wild Hogs can be very dangerous with their tusks, and they are certainly not afraid of humans or much of anything else. Fortunately, we were placed on a hunting stand about 4 feet off the ground, which protected us from any charge that a wounded Wild Hog might do.
