Eye witness statement-
I've been debating on whether to post this or not, but since I have not had any response from emails to sources who may be able to analyze the footage, I've decided to make it public in the hopes that someone can. I sent the footage to a professional drone operator and his first responses were "Odd," and "it seems too big and too fast to be a drone." At this point, it is still unidentifiable.
