I love my gin. Neat, on the rocks, in cocktails, but rarely with a cigar unless its a light Gin and Tonic on a summers day. When I heard about Leggets Cigar Gin, which had been crafted in association with Nick Hammond, and designed to pair with cigars, I just had to give it a go.

Would this Cigar Gin work as well as suggested with a cigar, or would the juniper in it overpower and ruin a perfectly good smoke? I try pairing the Leggets Cigar Gin with the Joya de Nicaragua Numero Uno l’Ambassadeur to find out...
