The thing is, the participants of these videos psychotic experiences are part of a human trafficking ring that V has a chance to bring to an end. Maybe more will rise in his place, but at least we will have tried to make Night City a better place.

We quickly blow our cover in this gig and it turns into a successful shot gun fight which might be more entertaining!
