Bbq ribs for tacos on the bradley smoker P10

Have you ever had a whole rib on a taco?

Smoking these St. Louis cut ribs on the @bradleysmoker P10. Smoked at 250 degrees using apple wood for smoke flavor for 4 hours, then wrapped in foil and placed back on the smoker for 2 additional hours at 300 degrees. The tacos were topped off with green salsa.

1 tbsp onion powder
1 garlic powder
2 tbsp paprika powder
3 tbsp Chile verde seasoning from @spanglish_asadero
