It's one thing to get a lead it's quite another to be able to easily convert that lead into a client and more importantly a closing. This video has some great tips & tricks to convert real estate leads much easier. The initial goal with any real estate lead is to make contact with the customer immediately! Call twice, text & email daily until you make contact. Find out what the real estate customer wants. Are they looking to buy or sell real estate? Do they need to sell in order to buy? Schedule an in person appointment, prefarably a buyer consultation or a listing consultation. If they are a buyer you can set them up to receive listings.
