Share price down... Sell put (bullish)... (SELL LOW)
Share price up... Close put (buy to close) (BUY HIGH)

Sell at the money, or do a spread.
If SP is 16, sell 16, or, 15,16,17

If you want HIGH protection with LOW reward (low risk/low reward) Sell $4-6 below share price.
Example; Sell 12, 11, or 10.

DO NOT BUY PUTS. Only close your own puts sold.
Do this Monday through Thursday.
