I detail everything about the warrants situation. Around 7 mins in is basically a summary.

PAGE 8 of the May 13th 10Q is cut and dry, warrants are VOID!

THERE WILL BE NO DILUTION
THE WARRANTS ARE LOCKED
CLASS B ARE LOCKED
THEY WILL AUTO EXERCISE THE DAY OF THE MERGER (IF THAT EVEN HAPPENS AT THIS POINT (it probably will))
