Dave Chappelle's Logic on Abortion

Many who are Pro Abort will be quick to say no one has a right to their body even if they are carrying a innocent human life but that same advocate of autonomy, who wishes to violate the babies, will demand men have to provide for the child they allow to continue having a life. But hypocrisy aside why should the man use the resources he has gotten through the labor of his own body to anyone else? If the woman has made the choice to raise a child why should the man be bound to that choice?
