Carne asada tacos on the new loco cookers griddle

I partnered up with @lococookers on their new launch of griddles, this griddle is very impressive with its built in SmartTemp technology, allowing the knobs to set and control the temperature you set them to extremely well. The burner will turn on and off to keep that perfect temperature. The color is another great feature, just pops out. I griddled some delicious carne asada tacos paired with salsa verde.
